Ordering Information:

Place an order
Place all your orders via Online or over phone, our representative will assist you in creating an online account and placing an order . After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone, email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order immediately. By placing an order on goesha.com, you agree that you are buying for your business needs.

Our hours are 9.30AM to 8PM Monday to Saturday

Order Delivery times

We deliver products only 50km around in Rajapalayam. If material is in stock or readily available, we dispatch within 12hours. If order times exceed what we have committed to, we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time.

Goods and Service Tax

We invoice all transactions and charge all taxes as per regulation.
Our sale products all are inclusive of GST.

 

Payment Methods

we accept payments via Gpay/Phonepay/Netbanking/Credit Card/Debit Card & Cash on Delivery available around 50km in Rajapalayam.

Cancellations:

Cancellation by the Customer:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at 94434 05229. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

If you cancel your order before your product dispatched, we will refund minus 3.5% in total amount (adjusted towards pay u gateway payment charges) in case of pre-paid order.

Returns:

If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at info@goesha.com or contact at 94434 05229 within 2 days from the date of receiving the products.

Bank Refund – We refund the amount minus 5% in total amount (adjusted towards shipping & pay u gateway payment charges) in your bank account within 7 working days.
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

In both the cases, goesha.com will arrange a pick-up from your place. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund amount within 7 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
